Overview
At Buy Afghan Carpet we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Carpets must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the carpet was delivered faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned carpet, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace carpets if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first at info@buyafgancarpet.com to arrange the process before sending it back.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made carpets, special orders, clearance or discounted items, and carpets that show signs of use or damage not caused by us.
